We are partnered with major carriers around the
world and depending on where you are, your order
may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or your local
postal authority.
[Preparation Time]
It will take 1-2 business days for us to prepare for
the shipment after order confirmation. Our warehouse
does not operate on weekends and holidays.
[Tracking Updates]
For airmail postal services, tracking updates may not show the shipment's progress at the origin. Updates will only appear once the package has cleared customs and is retrieved by the destination postal service. This is a standard procedure and does not indicate any issues with your shipment.
[Peak Season Congestion]
During peak season(November and December), your order
may experience some delay due to high demand and limited
flights. We will notify you if the delay is longer than expected.
[Duties & Taxes]
International shipping, especially the express service may incur
customs duties or taxes. These are not included in the shipping fee
and are the responsibility of the receiver. If the customers fail to pay the taxes
or duties and abandon the shipment, we will not issue a refund. Please check
with your local customs office before placing your order.
