Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy for items offered at Plenbo. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you don’t like the product or ordered the wrong item or simply you don't want it anymore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What if I received an incorrect or defective item? At Plenbo we strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email our support team within 7 days of receiving any incorrect or defective merchandise and we will make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective item free of charge. 

Returns Policy

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Returns are not accepted on used items.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Plenbo can be returned to Plenbo.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund or exchange. An opened or unsealed item can only be exchanged for the same item.

I need to return my item for a refund or an exchange, how does that work?

  1. Contact us at support@plenbo.com to start your return. Please provide the following information. Otherwise, we may not be able to identify your return.
  • Name on the Purchase
  • Email or Phone number used on your order at checkout
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return / Exchange
        1. The item MUST be returned in its' original/unused condition, in the original packaging.
        1. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
        1. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Plenbo with the following information:
        • Name of the courier
        • Tracking number
